Transforming Freudian truth requires a continuous deepening of its object, the unconscious, and a struggle with the formal constraints under which it operates. It was Jacques Lacan's approach. He reformulated this object, the unconscious, associating it with a subjective Topology (genesis, development and modes of functioning). He became Freud's successor. I will present this object of psychoanalysis using his hypotheses, particularly the hypothesis on the Borromean structure of unconscious and the Moebian structure. From this perspective, I wanted to reflect on the elements constituting the core of Freudian theory. Psychoanalysis, like every science, becomes more and more complex and formalized at the beginning of the twenty-first century. Despite its unfinished status and necessary transformation, it is important to show its provisional state and grasp it's theoretical position at this point.
