Anotace knihy

The aim of this book is to investigate motivation and motives for behaviour and activity, one of the most important and challenging tasks in psychology, which is gaining interest these days. Traditional intelligence and aptitude tests are increasingly seen as insufficient in determining school readiness, job applications, etc. Diagnostics of motivation and value-orientation are used in vocational selection and are seen as a prerequisite for predicting professional performance.
