The Philippines has been plagued by crimes throughout the history. It is define as "any act or omission which the law forbids and for which it prescribes punishments to be administered by the state through a proceeding in its own name." More or less thousands of crime incidents have been recorded by the Philippine National Police every year. Desire is a sense of longing for a person or object or hoping for an outcome." Desires motivate them to commit crime, especially in sexual desire. These problems are continuously unresolved and increasing in number.
