Social surrounding outcomes are a) direct impacts of diseases, and b) indirect impacts, which are stress response, protective factors and health-behaviour. Health factors influence capacities for social interactions and are interconnected with social factors. Family is one of the most important social networks for development. Socioeconomic status is a likely contributor to a healthy development, as parents' psychological, demographic and economic disposition and behaviour. The individual's education, social surrounding, control; social and personality characteristics contribute to the health-development in the emerging adulthood. The stress response is affected by personal and cognitive predisposition, expectancies, health beliefs or perceptions, and individual practices and plans.
