Cancer is a terrible disease and the second leading cause of death, behind cardiovascular disease in the world. The three main strategies are currently adopted for cancer treatment viz. surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Oxadiazole moiety and its various derivatives were studied frequently in the past few decades and found potent in various pharmacological conditions.
